The proposal addresses as core issue the integration of ecology and Feng-shui with cutting-edge, knowledge-based design of a Corporate Training Center.

 

Following Korean cultural tradition and symbolic, all buildings are placed at half-slope. This allows for both erosion control and preservation of watershed, rice paddies and terraced land forms. A curved, sky-lighted architectural street links the main administration building with various other buildings opening up to gardens and natural landscape between them.
