"Small is beautiful" is an apt title for this garden. We wanted to create special arrival experience, friendly street image, and a garden extending and complementing the architectural space. The garden is designed to accentuate distinct seasonal changes and to create the lonely feeling of a mountain monastery in winter. Three boldly yet feminine colored walls work as land art giving identity to three different spaces: the orange entrance, the lavender family terrace, and the casual yellow garden sitting area.
